Learning to Work Program (LTW)
About Learning to Work (LTW)
The Learning to Work (LTW) Program is an incentive program that places high school students, between the ages of 17 and 21, in high quality internships within the public, private, and non-profit sectors. This program aims to expand students' knowledge of college and career options, as well as foster valuable workplace skills to help them both finish high school and prepare for future success. This is a PAID INTERNSHIP where participants can work between 10-15 hours a week at $15/hr. In order to be eligible for this opportunity, participants must be attending YABC full-time and complete an application, as well as provide two (2) forms of ID (Picture ID and Social Security Card or Birth Certificate). Please note, participants under 18 years old must provide a copy of Working Papers.
